Spotlighting the dangers of underage drinking in the United States is of crucial importance. I have been tracking on a myriad of mental health and public health topics recently and underage drinking and drug use continue to be a hot topic that reoccur most frequently during my research. In fact, my motivation to publish this article is due in part of a friend who recently lost his son in a car accident. An underage drunk driver crashed into his son’s vehicle, killing him instantly.
